i did a search on Zillow initially, Angie was one of many agents listed. I went to her website and to social media for her real estate company. Power of 4. Angie had qualifications we were looking for, and she was a native of Austin and involved in community as a volunteer for some organizations that we support, so I thought it would be a good connection for my wife, as she would be doing the house hunt with Angie. I called Angie, she contacted me back quickly and spent an hour and a half discovering who we were and what we were looking for. I decided on Angie because of her past history which i could quantify thru different reviews and sites like Zillow, yelp etc as well as her blogs/social media presence. I felt like i knew her a bit after going thru the data that she made available.

I put Excellent next to each characteristic above. I do not do that very often. My wife considers Angie a family friend now so do I.

I am a sales manager. I know what it means to go above and beyond in the sales process. Angie did this. She was also professional when things happened and I wanted changes. She has a strong work ethic and loves what she does. My wife enjoyed this process with Angie. i can honestly say if we had contacted her in December, when we went together to look at homes, the experience would have been much better and we probably would have bought a home then instead of in March.

Angie has helped us with more than finding the home, she has made herself available when we were out of state to assist with issues that have come up during the process with the company we purchased the home from and with people that we were working with to set things up at the house. It feels like we have a good friend in Austin that we trust to do "a favor" or 2 for us. She also spent countless hours working with my life on listings, explaining different aspects of closing process and about property tax in Texas etc. She educated us and made us feel confident in making decisions that left to ourselves would have taken alot of time and effort, it allowed us to make the decision more quickly and confidently.
